Our Menu as of January 30, 2006

Wine Ruels updates their menus approximately every three weeks to introduce our clients to new sensations that are sure to arouse your palettes to the delights of our cuisine and fine wines.

Appetizer

Crab cake
Lump crab with panko bread crumbs atop wilted spinach with a yellow pepper coulis

Tomato bruschetta
Roma tomatoes, onion, garlic and rosemary tossed with extra virgin olive oil and served with ciabatta toast points

Clams, lobster and shrimp trio
Steamed in white wine and cream with onion and tomato

Classic hummus spread with flat bread

Caesar salad

Spinach salad
Baby spinach, Bartlett pears, bleu cheese, red onion and walnuts finished with balsamic vinaigrette

House salad
Mixed greens with onion, tomato, carrots, cucumber and bleu cheese with a house made Italian dressing


Entrée

Crab Cakes
Lump crab with panko bread crumbs over wilted spinach and shiitake mushroom rissoto finished with a yellow pepper coulis

Grilled Mahi Mahi
with cucumber tomato salsa sides jasmin rice & steamed brocolli

Cioppino
Lobster, mussels, clams and snapper over pasta with a spicy tomato sauce

Low Country shrimp and grits
Red tiger shrimp, onions, peppers with a spicy shrimp cream sauce over creamy grits

Calypso Grilled pork chop
with a side of creamy grits and grilled zucchini and squash

Grilled Ribeye Steak
served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini and squash

Add: shrimp scallopini or Lobster tail for a small additional charge
